GridironIQ provides fantasy football information, projections, rankings, and decision-support tools for entertainment and research. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of future player performance, fantasy results, winnings, or financial outcomes.
Beta service
GIQ is currently labeled BETA. Features, rankings, projections, supported settings, content, and availability may change as the product is improved.
No warranty on projections
Football outcomes are uncertain. Injuries, roster changes, suspensions, coaching decisions, weather, usage, and other events can cause actual results to differ materially from any projection or ranking shown on the site.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal fantasy football research. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, copy or republish substantial portions of proprietary site content as a competing product, or misuse the service in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services and advertising
GIQ may rely on third-party hosting, form processing, analytics, or advertising services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Advertisements, if enabled, are provided by third parties and do not necessarily represent an endorsement by GridironIQ.
Intellectual property
GridironIQ branding, site design, original explanations, rankings presentation, and proprietary content are owned by or licensed to the site operator. NFL, club, and player-related names or marks remain the property of their respective owners. GridironIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or its teams.
Availability
The site may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. GIQ does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Governing law
These Terms and use of the site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
