What makes GIQ different
GIQ does not begin with ADP and then move players around. The public board is built from projections, expected production, role and volume, role security, efficiency, passing or rushing contribution, team environment, health and availability, age and timeline, draft-capital insulation, and position-specific value. Market rankings can be used after the fact as a research alarm when GIQ strongly disagrees, but they are not a scoring input.
The current release contains 504 certified public player assets, 72 league configurations and 35,952 certified ranking rows. Those boards cover Redraft, Dynasty and Keeper; PPR, Half PPR and Standard scoring; 4- or 6-point passing touchdowns; and 8-, 10-, 12- or 14-team leagues.
Why there are tools and research on the same site
The interactive tools answer a specific question in the moment. The research pages explain why the model behaves the way it does. A ranking is more useful when you can see what changes it: reception scoring, league size, passing-touchdown value, long-term timeline, positional replacement value, floor and ceiling, or your own preferences.

How releases are checked
GIQ uses automated data and code checks before a ranking release is published. The current ranking workbook was validated across every supported board, with Redraft/Dynasty/Keeper populations, rank sequences, profile synchronization and downstream website data checked before export. The point of those checks is not to claim the rankings will be right about every player. It is to make sure the product is internally consistent and that a ranking change comes from the model rather than a broken file or stale setting.
Independent project
GridironIQ is operated by GIQFootball and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, its clubs, or their players. Team and player names are used only to identify the subjects of fantasy-football analysis.
Projections can be wrong. Injuries, transactions, depth-chart changes, coaching decisions and real-game performance can change a player's outlook quickly. GIQ is for research and entertainment, not a guarantee of fantasy results.
